All depends on a thickness of purse and on right choosing of the organization itself. First of all pay attention to the work which has been done by the given agency already. Look through their results and if they are satisfactory for you - start your work. And probably the most interesting and useful - it's link exchange on your own. Good maneuver for getting the list of such sites will be first of all backward links analyzes of your direct competitors.
